Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Human Resources Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Human Resources Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Human Resources Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning service providers of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement likewise consists of focus on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can work as a tool to help companies begin to act to improve their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
