Property Management CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Property Management promised with uncompromising quality. Our staff is our most valuable asset and all members of the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful environment. Employee safety is one of our business priorities and it is a CSI intention to support a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all of its staff. CSI complies with all safety and health requirements that are enacted by local, state and federal authorities. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial controls, personal safety gear and instruction to abate and reduce exposure to hazards and avert injury and illness. We have developed, and will continually refine, policies, rules, and procedures, which will add to the safety of everyone around. Creation and conservation of a safe setting is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the organization. To this end, every sensible effort should be taken to accomplish the objective of accident prevention and health preservation. Our thinking is to command and reduce, to the greatest extent possible, any risk associated in the performance of our Property Management. CSI has the accountability to: Perfectly and thoroughly support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a working environment that is safe and healthful for the employees, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain a successful accident avoidance program. We expect all staff members to work according to good safety procedures as displayed, trained, and reviewed. Supervisors require that employees observe and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of their job, and require they take action needed to obtain compliance. Staff will submit to the company safety program by obeying all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so important—nor any service so urgent—that employees cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
