The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s demands, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all facets of the company to insure that we continuously reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Property Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Property Management the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Property Management. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Property Management promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and items used for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and includes staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard likewise includes focus on ecological improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The standard can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to act to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal certification.
