It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Quality Building Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Quality Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional details concerning the facility's recycling treatments.
