This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Safe Cleaning Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up service providers of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard likewise includes emphasis on ecological improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can work as a tool to assist business start to act to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
