CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Single Owner Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Single Owner Facility Services the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting.
