The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is offered tools and products utilized for cleansing (what is utilized for cleaning) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on environmental improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The requirement can serve as a tool to assist companies start to take action to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal certification.
