The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s demands, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Value Added Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every facility has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our staff and your building’s occupants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which lead the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the most favorable use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the shared task of supervisors and staff at every stage of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local environment and to emphasize and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the idea of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or business building"- is essential to the green cleansing perspective and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been established by leaders of the green cleaning motion.
