The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that all employees continuously reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Value Added Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every facility has unique situations that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and items utilized for cleansing (what is utilized for cleaning) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can serve as a tool to help companies begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
