The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Value Added Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning up company of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of focus on ecological enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can serve as a tool to help business begin to take action to improve their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
