CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Building Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Building Operations every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Operations. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Building Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleansing) and includes personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also consists of focus on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can function as a tool to assist business start to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
