This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Building Operations promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and products used for cleaning (what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The requirement also includes emphasis on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The requirement can act as a tool to help companies start to do something about it to enhance their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
