CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Business Building Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Business Building Operations everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Operations. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date.
