CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Corporate Building Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Corporate Building Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
