Development and preservation of a safe setting is the shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the organization. To this end, all practical efforts needs to be taken to reach the objective of accident prevention and protecting employee health. Our thinking is to control and eliminate, to the greatest amount possible, any risk involved in the performance of our Facilities Management. CSI has the accountability to: Perfectly and thoroughly support the Safety Program, Maintain a place of employment that is safe and healthy for the staff, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an advantageous accident prevention program. CSI expects all staff members to work in a manner of good safety procedures as posted, trained, and reviewed. Supervisors stress that employees observe and obey every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe conduct of work, and shall take such action needed to obtain compliance. Employees will contribute to CSI’s safety protocol by following all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so crucial—nor any service so urgent—that employees cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra info concerning the facility's recycling procedures.
