To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Management. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Facilities Management promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning provider of business, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment.
