Facilities Management Baltimore

“Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” ― George Bernard Shaw

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Facilities ManagementFrom our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer focused and results guided organization. The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we continuously reach or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facilities Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a standard of Facilities Management everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Management. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed.
