Employee health and safety is among the top priorites of our company and it is a CSI objective to maintain a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all employees. CSI complies with all safety and health standards that are enforced by local, state and federal authorities. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial commands, personal protective equipment and training to abate and reduce exposure to dangerous material and stop injury and illness. We have created, and will constantly refine, policies, rules, and techniques, which will add to the safety of everyone around. Creation and conservation of a safe setting is a shared function of management and staff at all levels of the company. For this purpose, all reasonable efforts needs to be made to accomplish the goal of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our thinking is to control and eliminate, to the maximum amount, any risk associated in the performance of our Facilities Management. CSI has the accountability to: Perfectly and thoroughly sustain the Safety Program, Maintain a workplace that is safe and healthful for the employees, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an advantageous accident avoidance plan. CSI expects all staff members to work according to good safety procedures as posted, trained, and reviewed. Supervisors stress that employees observe and obey every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of their job, and require they take action necessary to obtain compliance. Employees will subscribe to CSI’s safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, bringing unsafe conditions to the attention of management and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so crucial—nor any service so critical—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra info regarding the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
