Green Custodial Services CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Green Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. Our staff is our most valuable asset and everyone in the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful workplace. Employee health and safety is a priority of our business and it is a CSI intention to maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment for all of its staff. CSI adheres to all safety and health requirements that are enforced by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, executive controls, personal safety gear and instruction to abate and reduce exposure to hazards and avert injury and illness. We have developed, and will continually refine, policies, rules, and techniques, which will contribute to the safety of everyone around. Development and preservation of a safe setting is a joint function of management and employees at all levels of the company. For this purpose, all practical efforts should be made to accomplish the objective of accident prevention and protecting employee health. Our philosophy is to command and reduce, to the greatest extent possible, any risk involved in the performance of our Green Custodial Services. CSI has the accountability to: Perfectly and thoroughly support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a place of employment that is safe and healthy for the staff, Adhere to occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate an advantageous accident prevention plan. We expect all employees to work in a manner of good safe practices as displayed, trained, and discussed. Supervisors require that staff witness and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe conduct of work, and require they take action necessary to secure compliance. Staff will contribute to CSI’s safety program by following all safety rules, telling management about unsafe situations and recommending ways to improve upon the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so important—nor any service so critical—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional details concerning the center's recycling procedures.
