CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Green Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Green Custodial Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Custodial Services. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Green Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products.
