Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Green Seal Standard For Custodial strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Green Seal Standard For Custodial the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Green Seal Standard For Custodial. Every company has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Green Seal Standard For Custodial promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of minimizing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra details regarding the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
