The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that all employees consistently meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Integrated Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Integrated Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Integrated Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable mindset to recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra information relating to the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (conserves approximately 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to relieve paper checks to assist lessen the total environmental footprint of our organization, Print just when required, Evidence checks out files for errors prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends out email memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing e-mails, Reviews any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard disk for central storage, Uses e-mail rather of corresponding by post, Switches devices off entirely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases resilient devices, Has paper recycling stations beside photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. REUSES: Reuses envelopes for internal circulation, Recycles clean side of used paper for internal printing, Converts scrap paper into post-it notes, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Attempts to use paper for more than one function, Recycles incoming packaging and boxes for outbound shipments, Removes plastic beverage cups from the water cooler and utilize reusable mugs, Repairs furniture where possible or donate it to charity, Shreds low-quality paper and usage as product packaging. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
