To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Integrated Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of reducing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional info concerning the facility's recycling procedures.
