CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Integrated Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Integrated Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning provider of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is offered tools and products used for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also includes emphasis on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can work as a tool to assist companies begin to take action to improve their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal certification.
