CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Management Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Management Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Management Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details regarding the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central places, Print double sided (saves as much as 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to relieve paper checks to assist reduce the general environmental footprint of our organization, Print just when essential, Proof reads files for mistakes prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends out email memos to conserve paper, Prevents printing e-mails, Reviews any paper copy storage, change with a back- up hard drive for central storage, Uses email instead of corresponding by post, Switches equipment off completely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting devices, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Typically they take in 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
