CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Management Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Management Services every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments.
