CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Management strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Operations Management everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every facility has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Operations Management promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy workplace for all our employees and your building’s occupants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin the use of green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared job of supervisors and employees at all levels of the CSI company. All staff is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, performing or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or industrial structure"- is vital to the green cleansing point of view and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be great stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our workers, and the total environment.
