Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all facets of the company to make sure that all employees continuously reach or exceed our client’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Operations Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Operations Management the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Operations Management promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for every one of our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the most favorable use of products that minimize indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared task of supervisors and employees at every stage of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, supervising the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or industrial building"- is necessary to the green cleansing point of view and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been established by pioneers of the green cleaning motion.
