To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Operations Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra information concerning the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for trash and recyclable products at your desk and main places, Print double sided (conserves as much as 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to minimize paper checks to help minimize the overall ecological footprint of our company, Print only when necessary, Proof checks out documents for mistakes prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to save paper, Avoids printing e-mails, Examines any paper copy storage, change with a back- up disk drive for centralized storage, Utilizes email instead of corresponding by post, Changes equipment off completely at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases resilient devices, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (On average they take in 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. REUSES: Recycles envelopes for internal blood circulation, Reuses tidy side of utilized paper for internal printing, Converts scrap paper into post-it notes, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Tries to utilize paper for more than one purpose, Recycles inbound product packaging and boxes for outgoing shipments, Eliminates plastic drink cups from the water cooler and utilize reusable mugs, Fixes furnishings where possible or donate it to charity, Shreds low-quality paper and usage as product packaging. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
