Employee health and safety is among the top priorites of our company and it is a CSI objective to maintain a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all of its staff. CSI adheres to all safety and health requirements that are enforced by local, state and federal authorities. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial controls, personal protective equipment and training to reduce and eliminate exposure to hazards and avert injury and illness. We have developed, and will constantly redo, policies, rules, and procedures, which will contribute to the safety of all employee. Development and preservation of a safe setting is a joint function of management and employees at all levels of the company. For this purpose, all reasonable efforts needs to be taken to reach the objective of accident prevention and health preservation. Our thinking is to control and eliminate, to the greatest amount possible, any risk involved in the performance of our Operations Management. CSI has the accountability to: Wholly and entirely sustain the Safety Program, Perpetuate a place of employment that is safe and healthy for the employees, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an effective accident prevention plan. We expect all employees to work according to solid safety procedures as displayed, instructed, and talked about. Management shall insist that employees observe and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of labor, and shall take such action needed to secure compliance. Staff will submit to the company safety protocol by following all safety rules, telling management about unsafe situations and recommending ways to improve upon the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so pertinent—nor any service so urgent—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or recommend methods of decreasing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra information concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
