CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Owner Occupied Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Owner Occupied Facility Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Owner Occupied Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Owner Occupied Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra details relating to the facility's recycling procedures.
