To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Owner Occupied Facility Services. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
