Owner Occupied Facility Services CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Owner Occupied Facility Services promised with the best quality. Employee safety is one of our business priorities and it is a CSI intention to provide a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all employees. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial controls, personal safety gear and training to abate and reduce exposure to hazards and prevent injury and illness. We have created, and will constantly redo, policies, rules, and procedures, which will add to the safety of everyone around. Establishment and conservation of a safe environment is the shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the company. To this end, all reasonable efforts needs to be taken to achieve the goal of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our thinking is to control and minimize, to the maximum amount, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Owner Occupied Facility Services. CSI has the responsibility to: Perfectly and thoroughly support the Safety Program, Maintain a workplace that is safe and healthy for the staff, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an advantageous accident avoidance plan. CSI expects all staff members to work in a manner of solid safe practices as posted, trained, and discussed. Management require that staff witness and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe conduct of work, and shall take such action necessary to secure compliance. Employees will submit to the company safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so crucial—nor any service so urgent—that employees cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
