CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Building Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Quality Building Maintenance the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Maintenance. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Quality Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard likewise consists of emphasis on environmental improvements that minimize toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial staff. The requirement can function as a tool to help companies begin to take action to enhance their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
