The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all facets of the company to insure that we consistently reach or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Quality Building Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Quality Building Maintenance every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Quality Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleaning) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The standard also consists of focus on environmental enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can work as a tool to help companies begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal accreditation.
