Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Reliable Cleaning Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Reliable Cleaning Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Reliable Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products.
