Safe Building Management CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Safe Building Management promised with the best quality. Our staff is our most valuable resource and all members of the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful environment. Employee health and safety is one of our business priorities and it is a CSI intention to provide a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all of its staff. CSI adheres to all safety and health standards that are put forth by local, state and federal authorities. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial commands, personal safety gear and training to reduce and eliminate exposure to dangerous material and avert injury and illness. We have developed, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will contribute to the safety of everyone around. Creation and preservation of a safe environment is a joint function of management and staff at all levels of the company. For this reason, all reasonable efforts should be taken to accomplish the goal of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our thinking is to control and minimize, to the maximum amount, any risk associated in the performance of our Safe Building Management. CSI has the accountability to: Perfectly and thoroughly reinforce the Safety Program, Maintain a working environment that is safe and healthy for the staff, Adhere to occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain an effective accident avoidance program. CSI expects all staff members to work according to good safety procedures as displayed, trained, and talked about. Management shall insist that employees witness and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of labor, and require they take appropriate steps necessary to obtain compliance. Employees will subscribe to the company safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so crucial—nor any service so critical—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable mindset towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
