CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Single Owner Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Single Owner Building Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Owner Building Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Single Owner Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend ways of lowering waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information relating to the center's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
