CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Single Owner Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Single Owner Building Services everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Single Owner Building Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Single Owner Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of commercial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also includes emphasis on environmental enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff. The requirement can function as a tool to help business begin to take action to enhance their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal certification.
