CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Value Added Building Services CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Value Added Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. Our employees are our most valuable resource and everyone in the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful workplace. Employee health and safety is a priority of our business and it is a CSI intention to maintain a clean, safe and healthy work setting for all employees. CSI complies with all safety and health laws that are put forth by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial controls, personal safety gear and instruction to dampen and diminish exposure to dangerous material and stop injury and illness. We have created, and will constantly redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will add to the safety of everyone around. Establishment and maintenance of a safe environment is a shared function of management and employees at all levels of the organization. For this reason, every sensible effort should be taken to reach the goal of accident prevention and health preservation. Our ideology is to command and reduce, to the greatest amount possible, any risk involved in the undertaking of our Value Added Building Services. CSI has the accountability to: Fully and completely sustain the Safety Program, Perpetuate a working environment that is safe and healthy for the employees, Comply with occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate a successful accident avoidance plan. We expect all employees to work in a manner of good safety procedures as displayed, educated on, and reviewed. Management shall insist that employees observe and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of their job, and require they take action necessary to obtain compliance. Employees will contribute to the company safety protocol by following all safety rules, bringing unsafe conditions to the attention of management and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so crucial—nor any service so critical—that staff should avoid working safely. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to begin the use of green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of products that minimize indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the joint responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the CSI company. All employees are trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to emphasize and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the principle of stewardship-- "the duty for managing, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or industrial structure"- is important to the green cleansing perspective and important to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing motion. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our employees, and the general environment.
