CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Value Added Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Value Added Building Services everyone follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Building Services. Every company has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Value Added Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of business, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is attended to tools and items used for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleansing) and includes personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also includes focus on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The standard can work as a tool to assist business start to act to improve their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal certification.
