CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Value Added Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Value Added Building Services the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Building Services. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Value Added Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra details concerning the center's recycling treatments.
