CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Value Added Building Services the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Building Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Value Added Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101.
