The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s expectations, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continuously reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Value Added Building Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Building Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Value Added Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Advise or recommend ways of minimizing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
