The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we consistently reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Business Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Business Custodial Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Custodial Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Business Custodial Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning service providers of commercial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is attended to tools and items used for cleaning (what is used for cleansing) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The requirement also includes emphasis on environmental enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can act as a tool to assist business start to take action to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal certification.
