CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Business Facility Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Business Facility Maintenance the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Facility Maintenance. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Business Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable attitude towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra info relating to the center's recycling treatments.
