To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional details regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
