This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products.
