The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Operations promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information relating to the facility's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for garbage and recyclable materials at your desk and main areas, Print double sided (conserves as much as 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist minimize the overall environmental footprint of our organization, Print only when needed, Proof reads files for mistakes prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends out email memos to save paper, Prevents printing emails, Evaluates any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk for centralized storage, Utilizes e-mail instead of corresponding by post, Changes equipment off completely at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (On average they take in 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
