CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Building Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Corporate Building Operations everyone understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Operations. Every building has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Corporate Building Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a favorable mindset to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest ways of lowering waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI workers should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleansing products, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra information relating to the center's recycling procedures.
