To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Cleaning Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers.
