The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Facilities Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
