The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s expectations, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continuously reach or surpass our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facilities Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Facilities Services every employee understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Every company has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Facilities Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is dedicated to delivering a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our staff and your building’s tenants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint job of management and staff at every level of the CSI company. All staff is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of minimizing the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the responsibility for handling, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is necessary to the green cleaning point of view and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by pioneers of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their occupants, our workers, and the total environment.
