The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s needs, includes employees at all levels, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to insure that all employees consistently reach or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Facilities Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a standard of Facilities Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Facilities Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our employees and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared responsibility of management and employees at every stage of the CSI organization. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is essential to the green cleaning point of view and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is committed to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have actually been developed by leaders of the green cleaning movement. These principles will assist in our efforts to be good stewards of the buildings we service, their residents, our staff members, and the total environment.
