From the beginning in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a client focused and quality driven company. The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continuously reach or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Handyman Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Handyman Services the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Handyman Services. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Handyman Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is committed to providing a clean and healthy workplace for all our employees and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton directed the facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of products that reduce indoor pollution while reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy workplace is the shared job of supervisors and employees at every level of the CSI organization. All employees are trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to highlight and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, monitoring the quality or conducting, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is vital to the green cleaning perspective and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their occupants, our staff members, and the general environment.
