From our start in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a client oriented and results guided company. The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we consistently meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Integrated Building Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Integrated Building Services the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Integrated Building Services promised with the best quality.
