For this reason, all practical efforts needs to be made to achieve the goal of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our philosophy is to command and reduce, to the maximum amount, any risk involved in the performance of our Integrated Building Services. CSI has the accountability to: Fully and completely support the Safety Program, Maintain a working environment that is safe and healthy for the staff, Comply with occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate an effective accident avoidance program. CSI expects all employees to work according to good safe practices as displayed, trained, and talked about. Management shall insist that staff visualize and follow every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe conduct of work, and shall take such action needed to obtain compliance. Employees will submit to CSI’s safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so important—nor any service so urgent—that employees cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable attitude towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Clients' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional details relating to the center's recycling treatments.
