CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Integrated Building Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Building Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Integrated Building Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our employees and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of goods that reduce indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy environment is the joint task of management and staff at every level of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of minimizing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to emphasize and practice environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, performing or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or business building"- is necessary to the green cleansing viewpoint and integral to the success of our green cleaning program.
