To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients.
