To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Integrated Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional info regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
