CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Luxury Concierge Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning provider of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The standard also includes focus on ecological enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial staff. The requirement can act as a tool to help companies start to take action to improve their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
