Employee health and safety is among the top priorites of our company and it is a CSI intention to provide a clean, safe and healthy work setting for all employees. CSI follows all safety and health requirements that are put forth by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, managerial commands, personal protective gear and instruction to dampen and diminish exposure to dangerous material and prevent injury and illness. CSI has developed, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and procedures, which will add to the safety of all employee. Development and maintenance of a safe setting is a joint function of management and employees at all levels of the company. For this reason, every sensible effort should be taken to accomplish the objective of improved safety and protecting employee health. Our philosophy is to control and minimize, to the greatest extent possible, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Mechanical Services. CSI has the responsibility to: Fully and completely reinforce the Safety Program, Maintain a workplace that is safe and healthy for the employees, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate a successful accident prevention plan. We expect all employees to work according to good safety procedures as displayed, educated on, and reviewed. Management stress that staff visualize and follow every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of labor, and require they take appropriate steps necessary to secure compliance. Employees will subscribe to CSI’s safety protocol by obeying all safety rules, advising management of unsafe conditions and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so pertinent—nor any service so urgent—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional information relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
