CSI will provide safety procedures, administrative commands, personal protective equipment and training to reduce and eliminate exposure to dangerous material and avert injury and illness. CSI has created, and will continually refine, policies, rules, and techniques, which will improve upon the safety of everyone around. Development and conservation of a safe setting is a shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the company. For this purpose, all practical efforts should be taken to achieve the intention of accident prevention and protecting employee health. Our ideology is to control and minimize, to the maximum amount, any risk associated in the performance of our Mechanical Services. CSI has the responsibility to: Fully and completely support the Safety Program, Maintain a place of employment that is safe and healthful for the employees, Obey occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain a successful accident prevention program. We expect all employees to work according to good safe practices as displayed, instructed, and talked about. Management require that staff observe and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of their job, and shall take such action needed to secure compliance. Employees will contribute to CSI’s safety protocol by following all safety rules, advising management of unsafe conditions and recommending ways to improve upon the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so important—nor any service so urgent—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest ways of decreasing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional information relating to the center's recycling treatments.
