Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of rules that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to make sure that we continuously reach or surpass our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Mechanical Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Mechanical Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Mechanical Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Mechanical Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, issued in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the shared job of management and employees at all levels of the CSI organization.
