Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a standard of Mechanical Services the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Mechanical Services. Every building has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Mechanical Services promised with uncompromising quality.
