CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Mechanical Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Mechanical Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Mechanical Services. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Mechanical Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning company of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Assistance is provided for tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also consists of focus on environmental improvements that minimize toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The standard can act as a tool to assist companies begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning service and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
