CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Operations Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Operations Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Maintenance. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Operations Maintenance promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the use of green cleaning products by facility managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings globally. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintaining of a healthy environment is the shared task of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held responsible to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s role on the local territory and to emphasize and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures.
