The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the organization to insure that we continuously meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Operations Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Operations Maintenance everyone comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Maintenance. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Operations Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy working environment for all our employees and your building’s tenants. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton lead the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the most favorable use of products that minimize indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint task of management and employees at every level of the CSI organization. All staff is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to highlight and exercise environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, carrying out or supervising the quality, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is necessary to the green cleansing perspective and important to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been developed by leaders of the green cleansing movement. These concepts will help in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our staff members, and the total environment.
