CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Owner Occupied Building Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Owner Occupied Building Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Owner Occupied Building Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Owner Occupied Building Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and products utilized for cleansing (exactly what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The standard also consists of emphasis on ecological improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial personnel. The standard can work as a tool to assist business begin to act to enhance their cleaning service and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
