Quality Facility Management CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Quality Facility Management promised with the best quality. Our staff is our most valuable resource and everyone in the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful workplace. Employee health and safety is one of our business priorities and it is a CSI intention to provide a clean, safe and healthy working conditions for all of its staff. CSI follows all safety and health requirements that are put forth by local, state and federal authorities. We have developed, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will add to the safety of everyone around. Creation and preservation of a safe setting is a shared responsibility of management and employees at all levels of the company. Our philosophy is to control and minimize, to the greatest extent possible, any risk involved in the performance of our Quality Facility Management. We expect all employees to work according to good safe practices as posted, educated on, and reviewed. Supervisors stress that staff observe and obey every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe conduct of work, and require they take action needed to obtain compliance. Staff will submit to CSI’s safety program by obeying all safety rules, telling management about unsafe situations and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so crucial—nor any service so critical—that staff cannot take the time to work safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Help our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional info regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
