The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Quality Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers.
