Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently meet or surpass our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Quality Facility Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Quality Facility Management the line worker understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Facility Management. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning provider of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is attended to tools and items used for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done).
