It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Reliable Custodial Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Reliable Custodial Services. Every company has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Reliable Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a positive mindset to recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items.
