To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Reliable Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Help our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
