Guidance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and includes personnel training and preparation (how cleaning is done). The requirement also includes emphasis on ecological enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel.
