To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Safe Building Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional information regarding the center's recycling procedures.
