CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Safe Janitorial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Safe Janitorial Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Janitorial Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Safe Janitorial Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our staff members. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional information relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
