To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Building Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to create a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is provided for tools and items utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleansing) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also includes focus on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff. The requirement can function as a tool to help companies begin to act to improve their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
