To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Operations. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Building Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning service providers of business, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done).
