CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Building Operations strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Building Operations the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Building Operations. Every company has different requirements that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Building Operations promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning provider of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is offered tools and items utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done).
