What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Business Building Operations everyone understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting.
