CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Corporate Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a standard of Corporate Building Maintenance the line worker follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up company of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is attended to tools and products utilized for cleaning (what is used for cleansing) and includes staff training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also includes focus on ecological enhancements that reduce toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can function as a tool to assist business begin to take action to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
