CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Corporate Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Corporate Building Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Building Maintenance. Every company has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any extra info concerning the center's recycling treatments.
