CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Corporate Facility Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Corporate Facility Management the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Management. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Corporate Facility Management promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Solutions GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up provider of commercial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to develop a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and products used for cleansing (what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of personnel training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement also includes focus on ecological improvements that lower toxicity, waste, and direct exposure to both building residents and custodial staff. The requirement can act as a tool to assist business start to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal certification.
