Facilities Management Atlantic City

CSI’s environmentally responsible products coupled with our “green” initiatives are preserving the environment's health and yours.

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Facilities Management CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Facilities Management promised with uncompromising quality. Our employees are our most valuable resource and every member of the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful environment. Employee health and safety is among the top priorites of our company and it is a CSI intention to support a clean, safe and healthy work setting for all employees. CSI adheres to all safety and health requirements that are put forth by local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. CSI will provide safety protocols, executive controls, personal safety gear and instruction to abate and reduce exposure to hazards and stop injury and illness. We have created, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and procedures, which will improve upon the safety of everyone around. Creation and maintenance of a safe setting is the shared responsibility of management and staff at all levels of the organization. For this reason, all reasonable efforts should be taken to achieve the intention of accident prevention and protecting employee health. Our ideology is to command and reduce, to the greatest extent possible, any risk associated in the performance of our Facilities Management. CSI has the responsibility to: Perfectly and thoroughly support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a place of employment that is safe and healthful for the staff, Adhere to occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate a successful accident prevention plan. CSI expects all staff members to work according to good safety procedures as posted, educated on, and reviewed. Supervisors stress that employees visualize and follow every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe conduct of work, and shall take such action necessary to secure compliance. Employees will subscribe to the company safety program by obeying all safety rules, advising management of unsafe conditions and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so crucial—nor any service so critical—that staff should avoid working safely. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to start the use of green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning is now the most favorable use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Preservation of a healthy workplace is the shared task of supervisors and employees at every stage of the CSI company. All staff is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local territory and to stress and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, carrying out or monitoring the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is necessary to the green cleaning perspective and essential to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing motion. These concepts will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their residents, our staff members, and the general environment. Tidy for health very first and appearance 2nd, Lessen human exposure to contaminants and cleansing products, Recognize cleansing as an ecological health advantage, Dedicate to occupational development of cleaning personnel, Interact the worth of healthy buildings, Lessen moisture, particle and chemical residue when cleansing, Make sure worker and resident security, Contain and minimize all toxins entering the structure, Dispose of cleansing products in ecologically safe ways, Develop and document regular maintenance schedules.
