To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Integrated Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Act as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Advise or suggest ways of lowering waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any extra information regarding the facility's recycling procedures.
