CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Integrated Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Integrated Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Integrated Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up provider of industrial, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment.
