CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Management Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Management Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional information regarding the facility's recycling treatments.
