The main reason for our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that focuses on customer’s needs, includes employees at all levels, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all facets of the company to insure that we consistently reach or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Management Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Management Services every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Management Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Recommend or recommend methods of reducing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional information regarding the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
