Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Management Services the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Management Services. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Management Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable mindset to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional info concerning the center's recycling treatments.
