CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Night Cleaning Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Night Cleaning Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Night Cleaning Services. Every company has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Night Cleaning Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleaning program that secures human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is provided for tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleansing) and consists of personnel training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard also includes emphasis on ecological improvements that minimize toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building residents and custodial personnel. The requirement can serve as a tool to help business start to take action to improve their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
