CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous advancement, not just an observation platform. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Operations Management every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every facility has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Operations Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling procedures, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend methods of reducing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional info regarding the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
