CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Operations Management every employee comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every building has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Operations Management promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its clients recycling procedures. We are responsible to establish, manage, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our staff members. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Recommend or suggest methods of reducing waste. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
