CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Owner Occupied Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Owner Occupied Facility Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Owner Occupied Facility Services. Every company has unique situations that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Owner Occupied Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, handle, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Act as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental regulations concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning items, Consult with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra information relating to the center's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and drink cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
