Quality Building Maintenance Atlantic City

"Why CSI International, Inc. would be the best choice to provide building maintenance services to your Company".

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Quality Building MaintenanceFrom our inception in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a client focused and results guided company. The main reason for our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Quality Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Quality Building Maintenance the line worker follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Quality Building Maintenance promised with the best quality.
