From the beginning in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer focused and results demanding organization. The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we continuously meet or surpass our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Safe Building Management strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must enforce a standard of Safe Building Management everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Building Management. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date.
