CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Safe Facility Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Safe Facility Maintenance the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Facility Maintenance. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Safe Facility Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleaning products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any additional details concerning the facility's recycling procedures.
